EBCC Meetings

Our quarterly public East Bench Community Council meetings are conducted via Zoom and take place at 7:00PM on the 3rd Wednesday of January, April, July, and October.

Rezoning Proposal
- J-Development, LLC property owner representative, is requesting approval of a zoning map amendment petition for the properties at approximately 2260, 2270, and 2290 E 1300 S, as well as the adjacent parking lot along 2300 E. Representatives from the development company will present their proposal and answer questions.
