Downtown Art Installation
Feedback and artists needed!
Bees Around the Block has partnered with the Downtown Alliance to create a 5-foot bee statue (similar to those pictured) for each of Salt Lake City’s seven City Council districts to be displayed on Main Street.
Each statue will be designed to represent the character and personality of each neighborhood, and your input is needed! Please take a short survey to provide feedback on what artistic details you think would best represent our community. In addition, if you or someone else in the area is an artist and interested in participating, please contact Bees Around the Block, as they would like to work with local artists to help create this unique art installation.
Foothill Trail Maintenance
Work with Trails and Natural Lands staff to maintain local trails. This activity requires “a high level of physical fitness,” and lasts for 4-6 hours.
Community Experts Needed
